Rare Rhône grape varieties and unusual blends.
Founded in 1976 by Bill Frick and Judith Gannon with proceeds from the sale of their 1957 Chevrolet.
At the small winery hidden away on a country road
Bill Frick works alone to create complex small batch wines
Frick wines grow on steep, sunbaked hillsides in the Dry Creek Valley of Sonoma County, California. The varieties are all Rhône: syrah, viognier, cinsaut, grenache, counoise, carignane, grenache blanc and mourvèdre. The terroir of Sonoma sunshine, Dry Creek Valley fog and rocky soil is in every delicious bottle of Frick wine.
Frick Winery is a small, rustic place growing modest amounts of distinctive Dry Creek Valley wines.
You can order wines here or visit the winery on weekends.
Extended Summer: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 12-4:30
Frick tasting room is small. I accommodate groups larger than 6 by appointment only. No appointment needed for groups of 6 or less.
Please contact the tasting room at firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to reserve an appointment or have a question.
