complexity and abundance of fruit is the wonderful character of the wine. Cinsaut
will improve any meal it is served with. Particularly good with bird and
game. A real charmer.

The Vineyard:
On A high, dry, western bench of Dry
Creek Valley, the head pruned Cinsaut vines grow in a medium red, dusty
clay soil. Covering only 2 acres,
the old vines yield a small amount of this fragrant, fruity grape for
Frick Cinsaut. The vines are about 40 years old.
